Wow
Though the trip was for
my birthday, my girlfriend wanted to
stay here, and I do nto regret that
decision at all. For the Strip the hotel
is centrally located to most anything
you want to do, or right across the
street from a Tram terminal to help
you get from one end ot the next if
needed. There really are not words to
fully express what it was like staying
at the Bellagio, it was just fanaminal,
adn the service was above par as well.
There was some difficulty we had with
transportation and the staff was more
than will ing to assist us at any moment.
It was just simply the best trip of
my life.

Expensive but worth it.
The room at the Bellagio is superb.
We stayed in a salon suite, on a corner. You cannot
imagine the quality of this hotel. The staff were
shampooing the carpets in the hallways while we
were there. Attention to cleanliness and detail
is quite a hallmark at the Bellagio!
Traveler's tip on recreational
activities
There are many companies offering helicopter
trips to the Grand Canyon. We used Sundance, which
was quite professional and $100 per person cheaper
than the company recommended by the Bellagio concierge.
This trip ($300 per person) was by far the highlight
of our trip to Vegas. At the Canyon, we landed on
private reservation land, drank champagne, and had
a picnic lunch. A stretch limo picked us up and
dropped us off at the hotel. If you have a morning
to spare, this is a "must do" in Vegas!

high priced, poor
service
although the hotel itself was
beautiful to look at, the service, in particularly
the reestaurant service was poor at best.
I would not stay there again. In addition,
I couldn’t win a dime in their casinos
and the waitress service was slow also.

Must Visit
Excellent service, Excellent food,
They have the best overall accomodations in
Las Vegas. I have stayed at every 4-5 star
hotel in Las Vegas and I must admit that Bellagio
beats all.

Strongly recommende
Hotel location is great. All staff
members are very polite and is very obvious
that their priority is to have their guests
100% satisfied with their visit. You can find
everything in the hotel. Excellent food and
great retail stores. You realize how beautiful
this hotel is when you visit surrounding hotels.
We ate at Olive’s and the food is great
(a little expensive but is all worth it).
Traveler's tip on saving a
few bucks
You have McDonalds and some other
fast food restaurants almost in front of the
restaurant and are opened 24hrs. These are
great deals especially when you are returning
to the hotel after going clubbing.

If you like Vegas,
you’ll like the Bellagio
This was my first trip to Vegas
and it’s not really my scene, but the
hotel was lovely, especially the pool area,
very nice. Don’t believe that it’s
all "beautiful people" at the pool,
average folks are a-plenty and the service
by pool staff is terrific. The only thing
that marred the stay was the hectic check-in
process, make sure you make clear what kind
of view/floor level you want, because general
questions on the view may not get you what
you need. I would recommend an higher floor
(over 15 or so) and strip view. If you get
the Spa Tower, some views are of parking areas
and construction (we got one of those first
and waited to change). Pool views are nice.
I heard from others that Fountain View can
be noisy. No matter how nice the hotel, the
casinos are always smoky, be prepared for
that!
Traveler's tip on getting the
most out of your stay
Be careful of view, see above
comments.

Not worth
the price
This was my 5th trip to
Vegas in 2 years and I was finally able
to bring my wife. Since I wanted her
to love the city as I do and it was
our 30th anniversary, we splurged and
stayed at the Bellagio. I have never
stayed in a 5-star hotel, but frankly,
I was disappointed with the Bellagio.
Check-in was very slow for a Sunday
afternoon. The room itself was the best
part of the place. It was spotless with
a huge bathroom and comfortable bed.
Housekeeping was there twice daily.
The staff was also very friendly and
helpful. My biggest disappointment was
the crowds and noise in the lobby, casino,
and shopping and dining areas. It was
impossible just to walk around. It was
obvious many of the people milling around
were just sight-seeing and not guests
(which I guess was me on my previous
trips!) It was just a real hassle to
get around anywhere on the 1st floor.
Considering the price we paid, I would
have preferred the other 2 or 3 top-rated
hotels in town. I have stayed at 4 other
"4 star" hotels in town, where
I paid less than half Bellagio’s
rate and they were well worth it. Unfortunately,
tt will take some real convincing to
get my wife to go back to Vegas based
on this trip, since first impressions
are hard to change. When we do go back,
we won’t stay at the Bellagio at
their prices.

not impressed
The line to check-in was
horrible!!! For a huge "5 star"
hotel , you would think they can have
a better system in keeping the line
quick and fast for check-in.And also,
I reserved 2 rooms and the hotel gave
me 1 room to the spa tower and the other
one in the bellagio tower, which seemd
about 1 to 2 blocks apart walking distance
!!!When I tried to change rooms they
could not accomodate me.

Super nice
vacation property
Very nice, courteous workers,
clean with good variety. Casino looks
crowded but many empty tables and machines.
High meal prices inside but if you look
outside, take a 2 block walk, you can
save a couple of bucks and see some
other properties. No more expensive
than other tourist areas.
Lots of kids, they love

Amazing
The bellagio was everything
we expected from a top class hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff. We checked
in on independance day so it was busy,
but still we we’re dealt with quickly
and efficently. Our room was on the
11th floor and i called to ask if we
could move to a higher floor which they
did immediatly. We moved to the 27th
floor and the views were amazing. We
did have to wait 45 mins for a drink
to be bought to our room but in a hotel
of that scale it’s understandable
they become stretched. The concierge
service was wonderful. They helped us
with shopping and guestlists for the
nightclubs. they couldn’t of been
more helpful. 8am-8pm they were on call
to assist us in anyway. The fountain
displays at the hotel and spectacular
and breathtaking especially at night.
We visited nearly all the hotels on
the strip during our stay and ours was
by far the best. I will undoubtably
return to this fantastic hotel..
Traveler's tip on nightlife
make sure you get on the
guestlist for the clubs. The lines were
long and the wait was up to 2 hours.
It is alot easier for girls to get in
the clubs but do get there early. 10.pm
latest otherwise your queue for ages.
Pure at caesers palace and Tao at the
venetian are a must.

Absolutely
Wonderful
The hotel was beautiful,
the rooms were clean(room service twice
a day), all employees in every aspect
of the hotel were nice and friendly
and very helpful. There is not enough
space to tell people how wonderful this
place was and how well we were treated.
We will be back! You just have to go
here to experience elegance at it’s

Beautiful
Hotel.....If you have money to burn
Be prepared to spend a lot
of money in this hotel. Everything from
coffee to meals to entertainment cost
more here than at most of the other
casinos on the strip. Front desk staff
was rude, everyone else was friendly
and helpful. The room was beautiful
we had a great view of the fountains.
Overall we had a good stay but we wouldn’t
stay there again, unless we won the
lottery first. Other hotels on the strip
are just as nice and not as expensive.
Traveler's tip on dining
Rather than waiting an hour
and a half at Bellagio’s buffet
go over to Bally’s across the street.
Cheaper, good food, and the nicest wait
staff of any other place we went to
on the strip.

Outstanding
Hotel
The Bellagio has to be one
of the best hotels we have ever stayed
in. The service was great, the hotel
is beautiful and the food was outstanding.
It was a very pleasurable stay. The
only thing that I would advise is to
be prepared to pay for some services
that are complimentary in other hotels
- such as the health facility and internet
service. These are small points. I highly
recommend this hotel.

Very Nice
and Romantic but poor housekeeping
We stayed 5 nights at the
Bellagio. The Hotel and its fountains
are very impressive, the pool is excellent
but the food and drinks are expensive.
We booked through Expedia and when we
arrived they tried to gave us a smoking
room. Finally we get a non-smoking,
without no view on the 6th fl. The housekeeping
service is very poor. We have to ask
for bath supplies, almost every day.
The front desk personnel is some kind
of rude, and they won’t let you
have a late check out unless you pay
more than a hundred (and that’s
only until 7:00). On the contrary, the
Concierge service is excellent.

Disappointed
This is ur third week long
stay at this hotel. It’s a beautiful,
comfortable property-doesn’t live
up to 5 stars. All tipped employees
were wonderful. Front desk staff was
unfriendly. Housekeeping staff forgot
our bedspread on the floor (in a ball),
there was a hairball on the bathroom
floor (behind toilet) when we arrived
that was still there a week later when
we left. The TV turned off by itself.
No big things, still had a wonderful
time but Hotel is getting tired and
could use some updates. Main complaint
is front desk staff-come on, smile!
It’s what I do for a living and
it’s trying but we guests need
to be humored. I believe we will come
back and look forward to a sharper staff.

Best hotel
in Las Vegas
They made us feel like we
were pampered. I loved the hotel pool,
an oasis away from the activity around
Las Vegas. Beds were like sleeping on
a cloud. Loved the chocolate on the
side of our beds at night!! Lots of
things to do in the hotel, really did
not have to go anywhere else! Because
of wind we did not get to see the water
show until the last night, it was the
grand finally of a wonderful trip!!
Traveler's tip
Highly recommend not getting

don’t miss Zion National Park,
a must see!!!

Very pricey,
but mostly worth it.
Stayed at the Bellagio during
Memorial Day weekend. The service was
ok considering that there were tons
of people there for the holiday weekend.
The pool area and service were excellent.
The room was clean and very comfortable,
especially after a long day of walking
the strip. My only complaint is the
extremely and unnecessarily high prices
at all of the restaraunts, including
the buffet. My recommendation is to
eat elsewhere. However, Cirque Du Soliel’s
"O" is a must. It was worth
every penny.
Traveler's tip on getting
the most out of your stay
Be prepared to spend enormous
amounts of cash, even for a hotdog,
at the Bellagio. Eat elsewhere, you’ll
get better food for less money.

disappointed
For getting such rave reviews
I was excited, but left disappointed.
Housekeeping was terrible, our room
was not made up one day even though
we were out of it the entire time. After
complaining there was no "Sorry".
Check out staff seemed indifferent to
this as well. For spending this much
money I will try somewhere else my next
stay. You are just a number here, not
personal service.
Traveler's tip on shopping
Try the shopping across
the street at Aladdin’s Desert
Oasis. There is an ABC store (convenience
store) directly in this mall and has
great deals on souveniers, wine, beer,
and snacks.

Are we supposed
to care?
Very sorry housekeeping;
only minor improvement after repeated
complaints. Front desk quite indifferent
at checkout; didn’t ask if we enjoyed
our stay or even a "thanks for staying

a great property, too bad the management
allows their employees to display such
disinterest.

Luxury at
its best!
Beautiful hotel. Very impressive
since the first moment you walk in.
Service is ok though, I guess it was
because the amount of people they had.
Nevertheless, it was efficient. Long
walk to the Spa Tower and the rooms
were quite "cozy" in comparison
to others hotels. The players club is
a must if you are in Vegas for gambling
purposes, you will get plenty of comps.
And that is the only way you will get
something for free in this hotel, do
not expect them to comp you just because
you are staying there. It won’t
happen. Gotta dine at Picasso! A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!
However, be AWARE of Cafe Bellagio.
I got sick after having breakfast over
there. (Yes, it really happened!)Make
sure that if something goes wrong during
your stay in the hotel report it inmediately.
It will save you headaches and lower
your room bill.
Traveler's tip on local
attractions
Cirque Du Soleil is a must
see for a trip to Vegas! "O",
"KA, and "MYSTERE" are great
shows ( even though I run out of time
and did not see the last one) Try to
avoid ZUMANITY, way off to expensive
for a cabaret show, beeter go to a strip
club! And make sure that you reserve
your tickets way BEFORE your trip.
